We all know good hand washing kills germs, but here’s your reminder to do it more often. 2. Change hand towels in the bathroom and kitchen daily. If someone is sick, consider doing it twice a day. 3. Wash bedding and towels often and use hot water. 4. Disinfect high touch areas like door knobs and countertops throughout your home. 5. Get 8 hours of sleep. It’s easy to make sure your kids get rest, but remember to prioritize your own health as well. Bonus tip: If someone is sick, stay home! Don’t be afraid to cancel things or say no.
