Nurses participating in ThedaCare’s Nurse Residency Program created “Rainy Day Boxes.” A Rainy Day Box is a box of notes, cards, or memorabilia that cheer you up on those difficult days. They could be from a patient, peer, or boss – anything that will bring a smile to your face.
