ThedaCare is thrilled to introduce our newest providers. Here, we learn what inspires them to improve the health and well-being of our patients, and empower them to live their unique, best lives.
Robert Brooks, DO
Orthopedic Surgeon, ThedaCare Orthopedic Care-Berlin
“I have a straightforward approach to care. The patient comes first. I actively listen and work with them to identify the source of their pain or dysfunction. Once we establish the most accurate diagnosis, I present all available treatment options to them and, together, we discuss how each of the options could benefit them.
“I enjoy the opportunity of getting to know my patients and helping them on their journey to a better quality of life. I treat a wide variety of orthopedic conditions but have a special interest in joint arthroplasty, sports injuries, and trauma.”
Alissa Leschke, PA-C
Physician Assistant, ThedaCare Cardiovascular Care
“I practice team-based care where I can learn from colleagues, share insights and stay updated on the latest advancements in the field. Working in a team environment allows me to address complex cardiovascular cases and deliver quicker, more accurate diagnoses.
“Creating meaningful, positive changes in patients’ health outcomes is what I like most about working in cardiology. Since I was in school, cardiac physiology captivated my interest. I was fortunate to dedicate five years to cardiovascular surgery, gaining hands-on experience working directly with the heart.”
Courtney McClintic, MD
Family Medicine, ThedaCare Physicians-Green Lake
“In my approach to patient-centered care, I ensure that my patients have a good understanding of their treatment plans. Fostering open communication is a priority so that they feel empowered and well-informed throughout their health care journey.
“Building personal connections with my patients is the most rewarding part of being a rural provider. Discovering their families, interests, challenges, and unique qualities enables me to deliver exceptional care while making each day filled with new and exciting experiences.”
Seth McIntire, DO
Psychiatry, ThedaCare Behavioral Health
“My goal is to offer patient-centered, holistic care. I believe the treatment for mental health needs to be individualized. I strive to listen, support, and guide patients in their journey toward improving their mental health.
“As an inpatient psychiatrist, it is gratifying to witness patients’ progress and recovery, seeing patients overcome their challenges, regain stability and return to their daily lives. Celebrating these victories with patients reinforces my dedication and commitment to their well-being.”
Jamaluddin Saeed, MD
Hospitalist, ThedaCare Regional Medical Center-Appleton and ThedaCare Regional Medical Center-Neenah
“I practice a patient-centric and evidence-based approach to care, actively involving both patients and their families in overall decision-making. I am committed to staying updated with the latest literature and providing high-quality health care.
“Working as a hospitalist allows me to collaborate with multidisciplinary specialties, fostering camaraderie and enhancing patient care. I enjoy the wide range of medical cases, which provides me with daily challenges and continuous learning opportunities.”
