- 1 pound long, thin green beans
- 3 tablespoons olive or canola oil
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- Pepper to taste
- ¼ cup panko bread crumbs — any variety
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 F.
- Rinse and trim green beans.
- Place beans into a mixing bowl, and pour the remaining ingredients on top of the green beans.
- Using clean hands or tongs, toss the ingredients together until well coated.
- Spread out on in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet.
