Through a contractual arrangement with ThedaCare, all pediatric patients (birth \u2013 to patient\u2019s 18<sup>th<\/sup> birthday) requiring hospitalization are admitted to Children\u2019s Wisconsin-Fox Valley, including pre and post-operative patients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If your practice involves pediatrics and may involve patients at Children\u2019s-Fox Valley, please apply for membership and clinical privileges.\u00a0 Granted clinical privileges are required in order to admit, manage or provide consultation to pediatric patients at Children\u2019s-Fox Valley.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To Request an Application, go to:<br>www.childrenswi.org\/staff<br>Username: medstaff<br>Password: mss2010<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Children\u2019s-Fox Valley offers a pediatric hospital medicine service with inpatient referrals and consultations available 24\/7.
