ThedaCare COVID-19 Vaccines at Additional Locations

Providing Easy and Convenient Access for Patients and Families

ThedaCare is announcing additional clinic locations where eligible community members can receive a COVID-19 vaccination. The additional options are important at this time as the more-contagious and more-severe Delta variant of COVID-19 is leading to an increase of positive cases in Northeast and Central Wisconsin.

“Our most powerful defense against COVID-19 is the vaccine,” said Dr. Mark Cockley, ThedaCare Chief Clinical Officer. “By offering the vaccine at more locations, such as primary care clinics and pediatric clinics, it ensures our patients and community members have convenient options and easy access to the protection against COVID-19.”

According to the Wisconsin Department of Health Services, 52.5% of Wisconsin residents have received at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the vast majority of COVID-19 deaths and hospitalizations in the U.S are among those who are unvaccinated.

“In addition to receiving a COVID-19 vaccine, we also encourage community members to adhere to masking recommendations from the CDC, stay home when you are feeling sick, get tested if you have symptoms of COVID-19 and physically distance when you are with others outside of your household,” said Dr. Cockley. “We must come together as a community once again, take precautions and continue moving in the right direction to stop the spread of the virus.”

Increasing Access to COVID-19 Vaccines

To ensure coordination and continue ThedaCare’s long history of delivering vaccines safely and effectively, the system will offer COVID-19 vaccines at select Primary Care and Pediatric Clinics. COVID-19 vaccines will also be available at three designated vaccine clinics, ThedaCare Physicians-Appleton Gateway, ThedaCare Physicians-Neenah and ThedaCare Medical Center-Waupaca. Patients can receive COVID-19 vaccines as part of their primary care visit at the following clinics:
